An unexpected job loss, medical emergency, or veterinary crisis shouldn't mean a family has to worry about feeding their beloved pet.

Yogie's Pantry is being developed to provide temporary pet food and essential supplies to families experiencing a genuine financial hardship. Our goal is simple: help keep pets healthy, cared for, and in the loving homes where they belong.

Yogie's Pantry is currently under development and is not yet accepting applications.

We're working hard behind the scenes to build partnerships with pet food manufacturers, local businesses, veterinary clinics, animal welfare organizations, and generous donors so we can launch this program responsibly and sustainably.

Rather than accepting requests we aren't yet equipped to fulfill, we're taking the time to create a program that is fair, compassionate, and built to serve our community for years to come.

What Will Be Available?

As donations become available, Yogie's Pantry hopes to provide items such as:

  • Dry dog food

  • Dry cat food

  • Puppy & kitten food

  • Unopened prescription pet food

  • Cat litter

  • Leashes & collars

  • Harnesses

  • Bowls

  • Blankets

  • Crates & carriers

  • Toys

  • Treats

  • Puppy pads

  • Grooming supplies

  • Other donated pet essentials

Inventory will depend entirely on donations and availability.

❤️ Who Will Qualify?

Yogie's Pantry is being designed to assist York County families experiencing a temporary financial hardship.

Examples may include:

  • Unexpected veterinary expenses

  • Job loss or reduced income

  • Medical emergencies

  • Temporary disability

  • Domestic violence or displacement

  • Seniors living on a fixed income

  • Other temporary financial crises

Eligibility requirements will be posted when the program officially launches.

Responsible Stewardship

Every donation entrusted to Yogie's Mission is a gift from someone who wants to help a family in need.

To ensure these resources reach those they were intended to serve:

  • Assistance will be temporary.

  • Applications may be required.

  • Distribution limits may apply.

  • Some requests may require supporting documentation or a referral.

  • All food and supplies are intended solely for the approved household pets and may not be sold or exchanged.

Our goal is to be thoughtful stewards of every donation while treating every family with dignity and compassion.
